The protagonist Conan; is the shrunken form of the Great High School detective Shinichi Kudo.
Kaito Kid (real name:kaitou kuroba) was created by Ghosho Aoyama for his separate line of anime and manga franchise but he often also appears in various animes specially in DC; mostly as a rival of conan this pic however is a fan pic and occurs no-where in the original anime.
